All billet construction capable of using compression springs with adjustable spring rate options. Many Helix angles to choose from. We can even provide custom multiple helix angles to your desire for additional fees.
The dual roller option creates a very consistent smooth up shift and backshift. The encapsulated helix design keeps the driven from unloading, opening and going into high gear during downshifting, breaking and jumping. The use of the helix body to support the moveable sheave instead of towers keeps the whole assembly concentric and centered without twisting while under load. This is a tremendous upgrade over the stock driven.
Can be used along with the stock primary but will require a different offset on the driven. Offset is not required when using with the Rage primary clutch.Please select offset below and when ordering. Long offset for the stock primary and short offset for the Rage primary.
When ordering use this guide to help you pick options
Choose a helix angle - The most popular helix is the 45°. It’s a good all-around helix we found worked the best for the average to aggressive trail rider
Number of shims – The amount of shims we install will determine your belt deflection or how tight the belt will be between your primary and driven clutch, keep in mind we are setting the deflection for a stock belt, if you are installing this with a stock primary clutch choose 2 or 3 shims if you are installing this with an STM primary clutch choose 5 shims. The more shims you add the looser the belt less shims tighter belt, NOTE you want to have your belt as tight as possible without the bike creeping forward while in gear at idle.
Choose a post length - Choose the long post if you are running this with a stock primary and choose the short post if you are installing it with an STM primary recommended for optimal performance.
Choose a spring – The most popular spring is the PS7 yellow this spring works well for most average to aggressive trail riders.
Comes with a belt removal tool and bolt for installation.
