Available in both button or roller styles.
Complete billet redesign utilizing a three roller configuration. Offering a torsion spring design with different spring rates to choose from. A simple bolt-on that utilizes the old style Arctic Cat helix and spring design providing a much wider variety of tuning options.
The Tuner is made from T6061 aluminum with heat treated steel hub and towers. The movable sheave has reinforced towers for the higher HP applications when needed. This Tuner also has a belt deflection adjuster (no shims needed) and non-wearing rollers. The Tuner comes with no spring or helix.
We offer many spring and helix combinations for your set-up and custom options are available for an additional fee. The 2016 model requires a longer belt and does not use the stock Arctic Cat belt. This combination for the 2016 models uses the Dayco XTX5037 belt with the stock primary or our STM billet primary.
