This is a replacement movable sheave for the single stage HD Rage 6 STM primary.  Includes: 1 - movable sheave 1 - bushing installed 1 - bushing retaining clip installed 

Single stage 6 arm snowmobile screw-on spider complete with rollers and buttons. Works with STM single-stage Rage 6 primary 8-1/2" diameter or smaller.

These set screws are to adjust the tuck of the primary cam arms in the STM Rage primary clutches with the engagement set screw holes.
