Description

A simple bolt on that utilizes the old style OEM Arctic Cat helixes and springs providing a much wider variety of tuning options.  The Tuner is made from T6061 aluminum and heat treated steel hub and towers.  The movable sheave has reinforced towers for the higher horsepower applications when needed.  Weighs 1/2 pound more then the stock driven.   It also has a belt deflection adjuster (no shims needed) and non-wearing rollers.
 
The Tuner wakes up the Diamond Drive creating better up shift and back shift.  This bolt-on will give your Diamond Drive a wake up call with eliminating belt heat that plagues the stock driven. 

The Tuner is available in several diameters (Specify when ordering). 
The 11.O diameter drops right in the Jaguar Z1, F7,  ZR900,  M & F Series and Crossfire. 
 
 We also have Tuners for the RX1, Warrior and Apex. All parts and bushings can be replaced and serviced.
